Order Processing

All jewelry is handmade to order so while items usually ship faster, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to process and ship unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact info@olenanoelle.com

Only one discount can be applied per order at checkout. 

Shipping Domestic

If you are local to Nashville, TN and wish to personally pick up your order, please use code LOCALPICKUP at check out and I will email you to coordinate pick up when your order is ready.

Free Ground Shipping for orders over $250. All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.

Returns

 * Please note: items purchased using a discount code equal to or higher than 15% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

*Store credit will expire 4 months from the date issued.

All 14k Gold are eligible for exchange only. 

We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases. 

Return shipping is free of charge for orders with a value greater than $500. 

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE

At this time, international orders, jewelry used to pierce with, piercing press fit backs (additional units), items purchased as an exchange or with store credit, customized pieces (including custom ring sizing), One-of-a-Kind, special orders, deposits for custom work, and service fees are final sale and non-refundable. Items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code equal to or greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable (exchanges are available upon approval).
